Contact supportDoes FeedX change my storefront theme?
No. FeedX works through product tags and collection ordering in Shopify Admin. It does not inject a storefront script or edit theme code.
Which orders are included?
Paid and partially refunded, non-cancelled orders in your selected period are used. New configurations include test orders so you can verify the app with Shopify's Bogus Gateway. Choose Exclude test orders in each configuration for rankings based only on real sales.
Can I manage more than one best-seller group?
Yes. Pro supports up to 10 configurations, each with its own tag, date window, ranking basis, and thresholds.
What happens when I uninstall?
FeedX revokes its workflow and deletes the stored shop configuration when the uninstall or Shopify compliance event is received.
