1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between FeedX ("FeedX," "we," "us," or "our") and the person or organization that installs or uses FeedX Best Sellers (the "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have authority to bind the applicable merchant and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. The service
The App uses authorized Shopify data to calculate product rankings, maintain configured product tags, and order matching collections. Features, limits, and availability may change as the App develops, provided changes do not materially remove paid functionality without appropriate notice or remedy.
The App is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Shopify Inc. Shopify is a third party platform with its own terms and policies.
3. Merchant responsibilities
You agree to:
- use the App only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with Shopify policies;
- maintain an authorized Shopify account and accurate store configuration;
- review ranking, tag, and collection changes before relying on them;
- ensure you have an appropriate legal basis and notices for information processed through your store;
- protect your accounts and promptly report suspected unauthorized access; and
- not interfere with, reverse engineer, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the App.
You remain responsible for your products, collections, merchandising decisions, store operation, and customer relationships.
4. Authorization and Shopify access
You authorize the App to use the Shopify API permissions shown during installation and to make changes you configure, including adding or removing product tags and reordering matching collections. You can revoke this authorization by uninstalling the App.
5. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, why it is processed, how long it is retained, and how privacy requests are handled. You agree that FeedX may process information as described there to provide and secure the App.
6. Fees
Any current charges, billing interval, trial, and material limits will be displayed in the Shopify App Store listing and Shopify's approval flow before a charge is accepted. Shopify's billing system governs app charges. Taxes may apply where required.
7. Intellectual property
FeedX and its licensors retain all rights in the App, website, branding, software, and related materials. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for your internal business operations while it is installed. You retain ownership of your store data and content.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to operate the App reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, third-party platform changes, network failures, or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. We may update or discontinue the App with reasonable notice where practical.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or a requirement from Shopify or law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. FeedX does not guarantee a particular sales, ranking, or merchandising result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from the App. FeedX's aggregate liability relating to the App will not exceed the amount paid for the App during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply in full.
11. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement concerning the App unless a separate written agreement applies. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; FeedX may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the App.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, law, or our operations. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice for material changes when required. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
