How merchants and their customers can exercise applicable privacy rights.
FeedX does not retain customer- or order-level records.
Order details are processed transiently to calculate product rankings. Only product-level aggregate results are retained.
Contact the merchant first
If you purchased from a store using FeedX Best Sellers, submit your privacy request directly to that store. The merchant can verify your identity and initiate the appropriate Shopify request.
Use Shopify or contact us
Customer access and deletion requests submitted through Shopify are delivered to the App through Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks. You can also email us for help.
What to include

Merchants should use an address associated with the store or explain their authority.

Include the store's
example.myshopify.comdomain. Do not send passwords or access tokens. - 3Describe the request
Tell us whether the request concerns access, correction, deletion, restriction, or another privacy right.
We may request reasonable verification before acting on a direct request. Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to legal exceptions.
