Set up your first ranking.
The App works entirely inside Shopify Admin after installation and authorization.
- 01
Create a configuration
Choose the Shopify product tag FeedX should manage, such as
best-seller. - 02
Choose a sales period
Use a rolling last-number-of-days window or fixed start and end dates.
- 03
Select ranking and thresholds
Rank by quantity sold or net sales, then set minimum unit and order requirements.
- 04
Prepare a matching collection
In Shopify, create an automated collection where “Product tag is equal to” your managed tag.
- 05
Run the first sync
Review the result, linked collections, and history. Active configurations then continue automatically.
Common checks
No products qualify
Confirm the selected period contains paid orders and lower the minimum units or orders temporarily to verify the workflow.
A collection is not linked
The collection must use an automated condition where the product tag exactly matches the tag in the FeedX configuration.
The selected period is unavailable
Shopify's standard order scope provides recent order history. Older windows require Shopify approval for the additional order-history scope.
A sync failed
Open History in the App and review the latest run. Include its error message when contacting support.
